La Lavande is a single-story holiday home with its own enclosed garden, designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. The property offers plenty of privacy and is a great base for exploring the Périgord Noir or simply relaxing.
The entrance features wide French doors that connect the living area with the garden. The living room has a wood-burning stove for the cooler months and a TV with French and English channels.
The village boasts La Merenda restaurant, renowned for its local cuisine and excellent pizzas. The area also offers a wide selection of other restaurants, each tempting to try – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to prepare. A gas barbecue awaits on the terrace, or you can cook in the compact but fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

A stone arch leads to the bedroom with a natural stone wall and a comfortable double bed (140x190). The en-suite bathroom is designed with accessibility in mind and features a spacious, step-free shower and toilet. There is also a sofa bed (90x190) which can be used for a child upon request.
Outside, the private garden offers a peaceful, enclosed space to relax. The paved terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue – ideal for a peaceful summer meal.
Thanks to the threshold-free layout and wide entrances La Lavande is also suitable for guests with limited mobility or who require extra space.
