A ground‑floor apartment in a 19th‑century farmhouse barn, with plenty of light, direct access to a spacious terrace and plenty of comfort for a relaxed stay in the Dordogne.

La Violette is part of a 19th‑century farmhouse barn and is on the ground floor, with direct access to a spacious terrace. It is a separately located, quiet corner of the estate.

The master bedroom features a queen‑size bed (160×210 cm), its own bathroom with walk‑in shower and toilet, a sofa bed, a TV and French‑doors opening onto the terrace.

The second bedroom has a standard double bed (140×190). The terrace is also accessible from this room.

Between the two bedrooms is the central living area, set up as a living/dining room. It includes a high bar table, a seating area with TV (French channels) and the second bathroom with walk‑in shower and toilet.

In the village there is the restaurant La Merenda, known for its local cuisine and excellent pizzas. The region also offers a wide selection of other restaurants, each tempting to try – but a home‑cooked meal is also easy to prepare. A gas barbecue is ready on the terrace, or you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

• Cooktop and oven
• Microwave

The private terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a large parasol and a gas barbecue – ideal for relaxed outdoor meals.
