Le Bleuet is a beautifully restored, 300-year-old Périgordian cottage full of charm – with original stone floors, exposed beams, and characteristic details such as wall niches and an old cooking area: silent witnesses to its past as a farmhouse.

Downstairs is the living area, with a dining table, a seating area with TV (FR/EN), and a wood-burning stove for cooler days.

Located in the village is restaurant La Merenda, known for its local cuisine and excellent pizzas. In addition, the region offers a wide selection of other restaurants, each of which is tempting to try – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to arrange. A gas barbecue is available on the terrace, or you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen featuring, among other things:

The spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms: a double room (bed 160x200) and a smaller room with two single beds (90x190), pleasant for children. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning .

The shower and toilet are housed in a separate enclosed room; there is a washbasin in both bedrooms, as is common in this type of old house.

Sloping ceilings and skylights create a cozy atmosphere and a view of the surrounding hills.

At the front of the house lies a small, enclosed garden with a shaded veranda – a quiet place to relax. Behind the house is a second terrace with direct access to the swimming pool (via a child-safe gate). With a gas barbecue and a pergola, this is a sheltered and atmospheric spot for outdoor dining.

All gîtes at Domaine Le Jardin Des Amis in Meyrals share access to the heated, fenced swimming pool (seasonal), the expansive grounds, and the surrounding forest. Each property has its own atmosphere, charm, and comfort – a place in the heart of the Périgord Noir where children can play freely and explore, while adults unwind.

• Tourist tax: Under French law, we are required to charge a 3.3% tourist tax per booking for all guests aged 18 and over.

• Final cleaning: To guarantee you a carefree stay and a spotless experience, we apply a mandatory final cleaning. For gîte Le Bleuet , this amounts to € 60.
