Overnight stays for hikers in the Dordogne at Le Jardin des Amis
Are you on a walking holiday in the Dordogne or on a multi-day hiking route?
Le Jardin des Amis is the ideal base for discovering the Dordogne and its beautiful hiking trails.
Our gîtes L'Iris and La Lavande are available for rent by the night (a minimum stay of 3 nights applies in July and August) and make for a perfect stopover during your hiking tour through the Périgord Noir.

From our estate, you can walk straight into nature. Famous routes such as the Boucle de Carmensac and the Boucle de Bitou run alongside or close to our grounds. This makes us an ideal stopover for hikers looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay overnight.
Ideal base for walks and day trips
There are also plenty of options for day trips. For example, combine a beautiful walk with a canoe trip between Beynac and Cénac and discover the Dordogne Valley both on foot and from the water.
Staying a little longer? Then relax by our heated pool, read a book in a hammock in the orchard, or enjoy the peace and quiet on your own terrace.
