Terms and Conditions
To book a holiday at Les Jardin Des Amis, we ask you to agree to the following conditions:
- You hereby declare that you are over 18 years of age and are making this booking on behalf of your party.
You agree to pay a 25% deposit to confirm the booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the stay is rebooked for the same period. In that case, the deposit will be refunded, minus a small administrative fee.
You agree to pay the remaining balance 6 weeks before the start of your holiday (if the booking is made within 6 weeks of the start date, the full amount must be paid immediately). You understand that the total holiday price is generally non-refundable if you cancel within this 6-week period.
You agree to pay a refundable deposit. This will be refunded within one week if no damage is found in the accommodation.
You agree to the mandatory cleaning costs charged in advance for cleaning the gite after departure.
All prices include bed linen and bathroom towels. These may not be taken to the pool. If extra beds are requested, a small fee will be charged for additional bed linen and/or towels.
Since January 2011, as in other parts of France, a "Taxe de Séjour" (Sleeping Tax) has been charged per night to all adult guests. This tax is added to the total amount and calculated based on the number of adults entered on the booking form.
- All children on the premises must be under adult supervision.
- You agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, empty the trash cans, and leave the countertops, microwave, sink, and ovens in a clean condition.
- You are willing to compensate for any damage caused by members of your party.
The owners of Le Jardin des Amis accept no liability for any loss, injury or damage incurred during the rental period of any part of the property.
Please note: If you leave later than the agreed departure time of 10:00 am (unless previously agreed with us), we reserve the right to retain €50 (per hour) from the refundable security deposit, as this will hinder the preparation of the gîte for the next guests and may delay their access.
For your safety and that of your vehicles, surveillance cameras are active on the public paths and in the two parking lots. The footage is stored but destroyed weekly and is only accessed in the event of an incident.
