La Lavande is a single-story holiday home with its own fenced garden. The property offers plenty of privacy and is a great base to explore the Périgord Noir or simply to unwind.

The entrance consists of wide French doors that connect the living area to the garden. The living room is equipped with a wood stove for the cooler months and there is a TV with French and English channels and streaming services

In the village there is the restaurant La Merenda, known for the local cuisine and excellent pizzas. In addition, the region offers a wide selection of other restaurants, each tempting to try – but a home‑cooked meal is also easy to prepare. On the terrace a gas barbecue is ready, or one can cook in the compact yet fully equipped kitchen, which includes:

• Microwave
• Dishwasher

A stone arch leads to the bedroom with a natural stone wall and a comfortable double bed (140x190). There is also a sofa bed (90x190) which can be used on request for a child. The en‑suite bathroom features a spacious, step‑free shower and toilet. 

Outside, the private garden offers a peaceful, fenced spot to relax. The tiled terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue – ideal for a summer meal in complete tranquility.
