La Lavande is a ground-floor holiday home with a small enclosed private garden. The accommodation offers plenty of privacy and is an ideal base for discovering the Périgord Noir or simply unwinding.

The house is accessed via large French doors connecting the living room to the garden. The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove for the cooler months and a TV with French and English channels, as well as streaming services. In the village, you will find restaurant La Merenda, known for its regional dishes and excellent pizzas. Additionally, the surrounding area offers a wide selection of other attractive restaurants. Prefer to cook yourself? This is easily done in the compact yet fully equipped kitchen, which includes: Gas hob, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a gas barbecue on the terrace, ideal for cooking outdoors and enjoying long summer evenings. Through a characteristic stone arch, you reach the bedroom with a natural stone wall and a comfortable double bed (140 x 190 cm). A sofa bed (90 x 190 cm) is also available for a child upon request. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower without a threshold and a toilet.

Outside, the private, enclosed garden offers a peaceful place to relax. The tiled terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue – perfect for a relaxed summer meal in complete privacy.
