A spacious, light-filled holiday home in the Dordogne, spread over three floors – ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy space, comfort, privacy and the tranquillity of the French countryside.

L’Anémone is our largest holiday home. Downstairs is an open-plan, light-filled living area with sliding doors opening onto a terrace, a large dining table, a seating area and a wood-burning stove for the cooler months.

Within walking distance in the village is restaurant La Merenda, known for its local cuisine and excellent pizzas. The area also offers a wide choice of other restaurants, each one well worth trying – but cooking for yourself is easy too. There is a gas barbecue on the terrace, and the fully equipped kitchen includes:
• Oven and hob (Neff)
• Microwave
• American-style fridge-freezer
• Dishwasher

The first floor has two double bedrooms (without air conditioning) (beds 160x200 and 180x200), which share a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

The third (family) room on the second floor is very spacious and, with its exposed roof beams, full of atmosphere. This room has air conditioning, a double bed (150x200), two single beds (90x190) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

There are two terraces: one in the morning sun with a large table and gas barbecue; the other catches the afternoon sun and is a lovely spot for long, leisurely dinners in the evening. The swimming pool is just behind the house.

All gîtes of Domaine Le Jardin Des Amis in Meyrals share access to the heated, fenced swimming pool (seasonal), the extensive grounds and the surrounding woods. Each house has its own atmosphere, charm and comfort – a place in the heart of the Périgord Noir where children can play and explore freely while adults relax.

Important information about your booking

• Tourist tax: Under French law we are required to charge a tourist tax of 3.3% per booking for all guests aged 18 and over.

• Final cleaning: To ensure a carefree stay and a spotless experience, a final cleaning is mandatory. For gîte L’Anémone this costs €100.
