La Campanule is a charming and spacious holiday home spread over two floors. The combination of the characteristic yellow Dordogne stone, wooden beams and plenty of natural light creates a warm, rural atmosphere. With its sunny terrace, privacy and private hot tub, it is the ideal place to truly unwind.

On the ground floor is the living area with a cosy seating area, a TV with French and English channels and a fully equipped kitchen with a high breakfast bar.

Just a few minutes’ walk away in the village is restaurant La Merenda, known for its regional dishes and delicious pizzas. The surrounding area also offers many excellent restaurants. Prefer to cook yourself? That is easy in the fully equipped kitchen or on the gas barbecue on the terrace.

The kitchen includes:

The first bedroom is on the ground floor (without air conditioning) and has a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and its own bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Upstairs, beneath the characteristic old wooden beams, are a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a twin room with two single beds (90 × 190 cm). Both bedrooms have air conditioning and their own bathroom with shower and toilet. As is often the case in authentic French houses, the washbasins are in the bedrooms themselves.

The raised private terrace offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the walnut orchard and catches the last rays of sun of the day. It is furnished with a large dining table, chairs and a gas barbecue – the perfect place to spend long summer evenings outdoors.

All gîtes of Domaine Le Jardin Des Amis in Meyrals share access to the heated, fenced swimming pool (seasonal), the extensive estate and the surrounding woods.

Each holiday home has its own atmosphere, charm and comfort – a wonderful place in the heart of the Périgord Noir where children can play and explore freely while adults enjoy peace, nature and relaxation.

Important information about your booking

• Tourist tax: Under French law we are required to charge a tourist tax of 3.3% per booking for all guests aged 18 and over.

• Final cleaning: To ensure a carefree stay and a spotless experience, a final cleaning is mandatory. For gîte La Campanule this costs €70.
